Ready to ship books
We use postage calculated on weight to ensure that you get the best value postage for your order.
We use Royal Mail and the charges are:
0-0.5 kg. £1.50
0.501-1.0 kg £3.70
1.01-2.0 kg £5.00
2.01+ kg £7
UK standard delivery is free with all orders over £40. This will be calculated automatically at checkout.
We typically ship within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
Express delivery service (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is available at checkout. Charges for this service are:
0-1 kg £5
1.01- 2kg £8
If in the unlikely event there has been an over change for postage of more than £1, we will refund this to you via your original payment method.
Please allow the following times for arrival (as per the Royal Mail information):
Standard (1st Class delivery): Aim 1 working day however this may take up to 3 working days.
Express (Tracked 48hrs): Aim 48 hrs.
Please note these times may be subject to delays during busy periods (eg Christmas). Royal Mail have advised orders may take up to 1-2 week to arrive. Please note, Florrie are not responsible for delays with Royal Mail postal service.

Lost or damaged orders
Very rarely, parcels may get lost or damaged in transit.
As per Royal Mail lost mail advice:
1st Class mail:
“If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation. Check eligibility on our Claims Centre. (Please note, early claims cannot be processed.) If you’re the recipient please contact the sender. They will contact us to make enquiries on your behalf.”

Please contact Florrie if your items have taken more than 7 days to arrive with you and we will investigate this on your behalf.
Please retain all original packaging. Please email us with details of the damage including photographs of both the item and the original packaging.
Wholesale and custom orders

Gift wrapping and direct delivery
We offer a free gift wrapping and direct deliver service on A5 and A6 book orders. Simple fill in the note section when ordering with your message and delivery address and we can post directly.
We are proud to use sustainable, plastic free packaging. Your order will be send in a recycled and recyclable Kraft box or envelope. All our packaging can be composted at home (if desired!). Our tape is Kraft and easily removed from our posting boxes, ideal if you wish to reuse these again.
Occasionally we will reuse cardboard envelopes to send smaller and thinner items such as our mini books, cards, and bookmarks. This is a drive to keep our small business as sustainable as possible.
Cancellation and Returns
We happily accept cancellations of orders that have not been dispatched. Please contact Florrie as soon as possible here.
Ready to ship items: Dispatched orders
We hope that you are 100% happy with your order. However if in the unlikely event you are not then please contact Florrie (email) within 7 days of receiving your order. You then have 30 days to return items for a refund providing they are unused and in their original condition. We suggest that you use the original packaging and return with a proof of postage for your return.
Please note, the cost of original or return shipping is not refundable.
Once we receive the item, we can process your refund. This will be done within 7 working days via your original payment method. Time for the funds to clear will vary and be dependant on your bank or building society.
Personalised or bespoke Items
Please note, these items are not refundable unless they have been damaged during transit. Please contact Florrie to discuss this issue further.
