When are your custom orders open?
We welcome enquires all year round however as a one woman outlet, we will not be able to complete custom orders during the following periods:
July - annual leave.
November - January.
By emailing us early with your enquire we can plan your order in and ensure that it is completed, and delivered for when you require it.
How long will my order take?
This will depend on how many books are being ordered and time of year. Typically this can be 6 weeks for an order of 20 books as each step is done entirely by hand.
Dispatch date will be confirmed once details of your order have been finalised.
Do I have to use reclaimed fabric for my book order?
We use reclaimed fabric for our own ready to ship books however we fully understand this may not be suitable for your own brand. In these cases, we can source material for you at cost, off the bolt, or you are welcome to provide your own.
I have material I would like to use, is that possible?
A bit Yes, and a bit no…..
The yes bit….We welcome fabric being sent to us from you, and can use this to create your books! We have previously worked with various textile designers and welcome all new enquires.
The no bit…unfortunately some materials are just not suitable for use in Florrie books. Please get in touch with Su to discuss your individual requirements.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, Florrie have a minimum order of 10 books. These can be a mix of sizes (A6/A5) and formats (landscape/portrait).
Do I have to be a gift shop or business to order to place a wholesale order?
No! Florrie welcomes enquires from individuals who just wish to buy notebook, sketchbooks and journals in bulk (10 books or more).
Do my books have to have coptic stitch?
At Florrie we pride ourselves on our distinct style so favour exposed binding. We are expanding our range all the time so please contact us with your enquiry.
Can I add embossed tooling to my book?
Unfortunately we do not offer this at the moment. However please get in touch to discuss how we can tailor your order.
If I buy wholesale for my business, will you help promote my new range of books?
We are proud of all our collaborations and wholesale work we have done in the past. We believe in continuing to promote these via our social media. We also add your links to our stockists page.
Please note, social media posts will not be posted until you say so, no risk of the big reveal from us!
