We want you to love your Florrie handmade sketchbooks, journals, and notebooks. If you are not satisfied, here’s how returns work under UK consumer law:

1. Returns Period

• You may cancel non-personalised orders within 14 days of receipt.
  
  

2. Return Process

• Contact mail.for.florrie@gmail.com to request a return.
  
  

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely packaged for return shipping.
  
  

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  
  

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
  

4. Personalised Items

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
